How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process and ship every order within 48 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 5-7 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with or if I receive an incorrect article?
Please don’t accept a shipment that has been tampered with in any way. Just email us at [email protected] or call us at +91(033) 30579675 or+91 9903628201 and inform us. We will re-send the shipment to you.
What delivery methods do you use?
We use a leading courier company- Delhivery
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from SASSYSTRIPES. You can return all items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. This excludes items pricing 500 and below, you can send the product on your own and the refund amount will be credited back to your SassyStripes account as a voucher or credit points.
In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 15 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessfull after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. simialrly if the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.
