How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process and ship every order within 48 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 5-7 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with or if I receive an incorrect article?

Exchange period of any purchase made from Sassy Stripes will be valid only for 15 days from the date of receiving the shipment. Any request for exchange & return after the validity period of 15 days will not be accepted. We recommend that if you need an alternate size or replacement do get in touch withus at the earliest as your desired size may get sold out.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
It usually takes us 10- 15 days working days after receiving the return item to proceed with the necessary steps for exchange or return request.
WILL YOU PICK UP RETURNS FROM MY HOME/OFFICE?
Facilities for easy pick of return packages from your delivery location can be availed only for purchase above the value of Rs.1000/-. If pick up facility is not available in your city, you will be required to ship the return package to us by availing any courier service of your choice .The courier charges of Rs. 100 thus incurred will be credited to your Sassy Stripes account as soon as the return package reaches us.
HOW DO I PACK MY RETURNS PACKAGES?
It is important that all return products must reach us in good condition . The return product must be unworn and unwashed with the price tags and merchandise tags attached. In cases where the mentioned criteria is not fulfilled, the request for return will be cancelled.
Steps for packing-
1. Place the return item into the Sassy Stripes box/envelope or any other Box/envelope of your choice. However, remember to pack the return item along with the tags and original invoice received from Sassy Stripes.
2. Secure the package with adhesive tape.
CAN I CANCEL/RETURN A PART OF THE ORDER?
At Sassy Stipes Customer satisfaction is our upmost concern. In case you are not satisfied with the product you can cancel or return a part of the order as long as the product received by us is in good condition along with all the tags, labels and invoice order intact. The cancelled/returned amount shall be credited to your account as store.credits.
If the order has not been dispatched by us, you can simply cancel the order. However, if the shipment has already been dispatched, then the item can be returned within 15 days of receiving the package.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU PROCESS MY RETURNS?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse , the return item is checked by our quality team so as to see that the norms of the return policy have been adhered to and is in good condition. Once we are satisfied , your Replacement, store credits or refunds will be processed in a maximum of 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
In case the return item so received by us does not meet the criteria of our return policy, you will be contacted by our returns team as soon as possible.
DO I GET CHARGED FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS?
We provide free return service whereby you do not have to pay for shipment.
However, as mentioned earlier , if pick up service is not available in your city, Rs 100/-will be credited to your Sassy stripes account only for purchase above the value of Rs.1000/-,towards courier charges on receiving your shipment.Please note this is not applicable on purchases below the value of Rs.1000/-.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT! NOW WHAT?
At Sassy Stripes, we try to ensure that the product dispatched for shipment are in good condition and carefully scrutinized by our Quality control team. In any rare occasion the if a damaged product is received by you, you are requested to immediately i.e, within 24 hours to call us on (7685066191/9831089099) within 10:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs from Monday to Friday and send us a digital photos of the product so received. Under the circumstances immediate action will be taken by us to access the situation and provide the best possible solution.
HOW ARE RETURNS CALCULATED IF MULTIPLE ITEMS HAVE BEEN BOUGHT USING A DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
Discount vouchers are calculated proportionately on multiple items depending on the value of the item. For example, if the value of one of the purchased item is Rs. 300/- and the other item is Rs. 100/- and the discount voucher is of Rs. 50/- , then if calculated proportionately , you will avail discount of 75% of the voucher value (Rs. 37.5) on the item of higher value and 25% (Rs.12.5) on the item of lower value.
